Our client, a renowned leader in the field of biotechnology, is revolutionizing the use of living cells to create groundbreaking biologic medicines. We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Manufacturing Associate! We are seeking a dynamic individual who is eager to contribute their expertise and drive their mission forward.

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Pay: $25-30/hr.
Type: 6 month contract with extension

*MULTIPLE SHIFTS OPEN*

Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, employee will perform operations in the Manufacturing area. Operations will be performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Hands-on operations: set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment
• Preparing buffers/media per defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Following GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) with strict adherence to safety and compliance
• Performing and monitoring critical processes with basic troubleshooting
• Performing in-process sampling and operating analytical equipment
• Performing washroom activities: clean small and large-scale equipment used in production
• Working in a clean room environment with protective gear; available for various shifts as needed

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2 prior years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Aseptic technique preferred
