Lmxt Training And Flight Ops Project Pilot (OEC968)

Job Description: The MRTT LMXT Project Pilot/SFI main activities will be related to:

1. Support the LMXT Training Program Manager into the LMXT project and offer preparation.
2. Development of Courses and CBT for all elements needed to deliver the training courses included in the MRTT Flight Crew Training Course Catalogue with special emphasis on LMXT.
3. Support to development of the Flight Training Devices installed in the Seville Training Centre: one Full Flight Simulator (FFS) and one Interactive Procedures Trainer (IPT) with special emphasis on LMXT devices.
4. Operational use of the IPT (Interactive Procedures Training) and FFS (Skill Training).

Competences required:

1. Educational Qualifications:
2. Pilot with ATPL(A) A330 licence.
3. Pilot with experience in multipilot/multiengine transport aircraft (2000 FH).
4. Pilot with experience in tactical air transport (1500 FH).
5. Pilot with experience in air to air refuelling (1500 FH) desirable to be in MRTT aircraft.
6. Pilot with A330 or A320 SFI(A) authorization.

Technical knowledge:

1. Aircraft design and development processes.
2. Military Transport/Tactical Airlift concepts, techniques, standards.
3. Training design, development and delivery processes.
4. Operational Documentation processes.
5. Simulators Operation processes.
6. Configuration Control Management processes.

Professional skills:

1. Good presentation.
2. Fluent English (negotiation level; OACI English level 4).
