Summary of Job Description

• Perform functional ground and flight testing.
• Evaluate and accept all production aircraft to ensure a high-quality product according to engineering and manufacturing standards.
• Ensure compliance with military, FAA, and TCCA standards.
• Conduct familiarization, customer training, and customer acceptance flights for both military and civilian customers.
• Frequent travel nationally and internationally for customer operational area flights.
• Conduct demonstration (on and off-site), product development, and evaluation flights in close liaison with commercial and military marketing, engineering, quality control, manufacturing, and product support departments.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 4500 hours pilot in command helicopters including hours on Bell products; equivalent experience will be considered.
• CPL(H) or ATPL(H).
• Valid IFR group 4 would be an asset.
• Instructor or FAA license would be an asset.
• Functional knowledge of French is required.
• Functional knowledge of English is required for communication with Bell teams and clients outside of Quebec.

Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
