Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Specialist to drive both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts for our platform and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sole responsible to generate demand for our platform and services
- Research our ICP, identify pain points, buying behaviours and channels to leverage
- Define a mix of inbound and outbound campaigns to target our ICP across different channels
- Perform keywords and competitive research and produce supporting contents to execute the campaigns
- Collaborate with content producers to produce required contents for such campaigns
- Implement and execute the campaigns across multiple channels
- For outbound channels – define the messaging, target lists, implement the sequences and cold call prospects
- For inbound channels – define the messaging, and implement the campaigns, conversion tracking and retargeting
- Measure and optimise performance of each campaign to minimise the CPL generated
- Set-up landing pages as required and execute A/B tests to improve conversion
- Provide demand intelligence for our web and product team to help optimise our offering
- Report key metrics like CPL, CAq, No of bookings, etc on weekly basis.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of B2B lead generation and outbound sales experience for HRTech or IT Staffing industry, particularly to the US & UK Markets.
- Expert in lead research tools like Clay, Sales Navigator and similar
- Hands on experience of setting up campaigns in Apollo, SmartLeads and similar cold emailing tools.
- Hands on experience of setting up targeting campaigns in Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and similar.
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, MS Clarity, Amplitude and similar.
- Experience with PipeDrive or similar CRMs for managing leads and sales pipelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and convert decision-makers.
