Job Description

We are seeking DGCA-certified Small and Medium Class Remote Pilot Instructors to train and mentor the next generation of drone pilots. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate professionals to advance their careers while contributing to the growing drone industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in compliance with DGCA-approved curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students in achieving proficiency as remote pilots.
• Maintain accurate student records, including logbooks and assessments.
• Assist in drone operations and other training-related activities as required.

Requirements

• DGCA Certification as a Medium Class Remote Pilot Instructor (Mandatory).
• DGCA Certification as a Small Class Remote Pilot Instructor (Mandatory).
• Proven experience: At least 50+ Small Class RPCs completed .
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• A strong passion for the drone industry and training.
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively.
