Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential students, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and institutions for collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Effectively communicate the institute’s value proposition to clients through presentations and meetings.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive admissions by actively engaging with leads and converting them into students.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure revenue growth.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent Felix Pilot Training Institute at events, fairs, and expos to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain detailed records of leads, clients, and activities using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine strategies and provide regular updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred:
- Experience in the aviation or education sector.
