Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify potential students, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and institutions for collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Effectively communicate the institute’s value proposition to clients through presentations and meetings.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive admissions by actively engaging with leads and converting them into students.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure revenue growth.

Brand Representation:
Represent Felix Pilot Training Institute at events, fairs, and expos to increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain detailed records of leads, clients, and activities using CRM tools.
Analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine strategies and provide regular updates to the management team.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience in the aviation or education sector.
