Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential students, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and institutions for collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Effectively communicate the institute’s value proposition to clients through presentations and meetings.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Drive admissions by actively engaging with leads and converting them into students.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure revenue growth.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Represent Felix Pilot Training Institute at events, fairs, and expos to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, clients, and activities using CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine strategies and provide regular updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in the aviation or education sector.
