Job Description:

• Execute air traffic simulations and IFR pilot phraseology as Simulator Pilot in defined exercises and respective training events for our Air Traffic Controller.
• Proficient in executing IFR pilot phraseology (ICAO Level 4).
• Affinity in operating computers and other technical equipment (radio, telephone, etc.).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Interpersonal skills to foster constructive relationships with learners, customers, coworkers, and superiors.
• Flexibility to cope with seasonally fluctuating demand and different daily working assignments/hours.
• 6-10 days availability per month from October to March.
• 1-2 days availability per month from April to September.
• Real flight experience, or flight simulator experience is an asset.
