Technical Engineer / Land Surveyor 

Office based with site visits.

 

Standing out for their high-quality delivery on site, this groundwork and civils company are subcontractors to PLC housebuilders including Redrow, Persimmon and Miller Homes. Due to continued success, they have expanded their operations into a new regions. They therefore have an opportunity for a Technical Engineer. Their projects are between £1-5m with a company turnover of £75m.

As a Technical Engineer you’ll be responsible for…

  • Leica Machine Control.
  • 3D modelling for live sites to aid engineering department (no previous modelling experience required, providing previous experience of AutoCAD/Engineering background.)
  • Reviewing design information.
  • Undertake and produce Site Surveys.
  • Measuring PDFs for take-off’s .
  • Fly drones for surveys.

Office based position with some site visits to validate topographical surveys and complete drone surveys.
