Key Accountabilities:

– Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and compliance with regulations.
– Plan and execute flights according to schedule, considering weather conditions, air traffic, and aircraft performance.
– Operate the aircraft safely and efficiently, following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
– Manage and resolve any in-flight issues or emergencies with professionalism and calmness.
– Utilize advanced navigation systems and instruments to ensure accurate flight paths.
– Communicate effectively with air traffic control (ATC) and ground crew to coordinate flight operations.
– Provide clear and concise information to passengers and crew regarding flight status and any potential delays or changes.
– Adhere to all aviation regulations and company safety protocols.
– Conduct regular safety briefings and drills with the flight crew.
– Ensure compliance with international and local aviation laws and regulations.
– Lead and supervise the flight crew, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork.
– Foster a positive and professional working environment.
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to crew members.
– Ensure a high level of customer service and passenger satisfaction.
– Address and resolve passenger concerns and issues in a courteous and efficient manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field is preferred.
– Minimum of 7 years of experience as a commercial airline pilot.:

– Completion of advanced pilot training programs.
– Proven track record of safe and efficient flight operations.
– Experience with long-haul international flights is a plus.
– Excellent piloting and navigation skills.
– Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
– Proficiency in using advanced avionics and flight management systems.
– Effective communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
– Fluency in English and Arabic.:

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Ability to pass background checks and security screenings.

Certifications:

– Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia or an equivalent international authority.
– Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
