Reporting to the Head of Flight Operations.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience and ability to effectively perform the functions associated with the job and with the scale of the operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Middle East and/or UAE.

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of CAR-OPS, EU, and any associated requirements and procedures.
• Must hold an appropriate Flight Crew License, Type Rating and Medical.
• Current ATPL (UAE GCAA, EASA, OR Equivalent).
• Current First Class Medical.
• English Level 6.

Must be Type Rated on one or more of the following aircraft types:

• Embraer Lineage 1000
• Embraer Legacy 600
• Gulfstream 450

Must have a minimum flight experience of 5000 Hours PIC.

Must possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a multi-cultural team to increase efficiency and productivity.

Must be highly organized and be able to communicate effectively.

Must have financial and people management abilities.
