Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Admissions Counselor to join our team at Defy Aerospace. In this role, you will play a crucial part in converting inquiries into enrollments for our Drone Pilot Training Center. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide potential students in making informed decisions, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management: Handle inquiries from prospective candidates and provide detailed information about our training programs.
• Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels to build rapport and encourage enrollment.
• Counselling: Understand the aspirations and requirements of potential students and offer tailored advice to match them with the right program.
• Conversion: Close leads by effectively showcasing the value of our drone pilot training programs and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Market Insights: Provide feedback on student queries and preferences to improve marketing and lead generation strategies.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or telecalling roles (education sector preferred).
Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive and confident phone presence.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Personality Traits: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about education and technology.
