Job Description: Aerial Drone Pilot (with CAAS UAPL License) cum Sales Position

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Aerial Drone Pilot with a CAAS UAPL license, who will also take on sales responsibilities. This position requires proficiency in flying drones, in-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, and strong sales and communication skills. As an Aerial Drone Pilot cum Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our drone services while operating drones safely and effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Drone Operations:

– Conduct safe and efficient aerial drone operations for various purposes, including aerial photography, videography, inspections, mapping, and surveying.
– Operate drones in compliance with industry and aviation regulations, adhering to CAAS UAPL license requirements.
– Perform pre-flight checks, monitor flight conditions, and manage any issues or emergencies that may arise during operations.
– Ensure the proper maintenance, calibration, and repair of drones and associated equipment.

2. Sales and Business Development:

– Identify and engage potential clients for drone services, including individuals, businesses, government agencies, and organizations.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify target industries, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
– Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to educate clients about the benefits and capabilities of our drone services when needed.
– Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and achieve revenue goals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
– Keep updated records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

– Hold a valid CAAS UAPL (Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License) or equivalent certification.
– Proven experience in operating drones for commercial purposes, such as aerial photography, videography, inspections, or surveying.
– Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and best practices related to drone operations.
– Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and build relationships with clients.
– Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
– Tech-savvy and proficient in using drone flight software, GPS systems, and image/video editing software.
– A passion for drones and emerging technologies.
