C295 Instructor Pilot

This position requires the Instructor Pilot to take responsibility for the development and delivery of training objectives. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Training Manager).
– The C295 Instructor Pilot will be responsible for delivery flights training support in flight and on ground.
– The instructor Pilot also will delivery continuous training for GSAC pilots, in ground school sessions and Flight sessions.
– The IP is responsible to prepare and delivery to the customer safety presentations and general knowledge about safety rules, navigation, aircraft procedures and systems.
– Hold an EASA flight license.
– Hold an Airbus C295 type rating course.
– Have Operational experience in C295.
– Have evidence of previous employment as an instructor pilot.
– Experience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts.
– Knowledge of modern educational/training techniques.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language.
– Additional certification in training (e.g. Type Rating Instructor) is a plus.
– Exceptional customer, communication and presentation skills.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplined, multi-cultured team within the company.

– Customer PoC for Fly Safety Subjects
