We are looking for a dynamic and passionate candidate for cutting-edge technology to lead our testing activities on electric motors, batteries, and components for hybrid engines. You will be responsible for piloting the chassis dyno activity for development and climatic tests, ensuring tests are conducted according to planning and standards, and coordinating activities with the client.

What You Will Do

  1. You will ensure the quality of measurements and validate emission tests, guaranteeing precise and reliable results.
  2. You will define, set up, initiate, and monitor activity indicators, deploying action plans to ensure project quality, cost, and timelines.
  3. You will coordinate with local methodology, metrology, and maintenance teams to develop and evolve testing resources and techniques, keeping us at the forefront of technology.
  4. You will keep technicians and operators trained in new driving cycles and chassis dyno simulation techniques, ensuring a highly competent team.
  5. You will pilot and follow reference vehicle tests, ensuring daily know-how and signal synchronization in emission test systems, leading with excellence and precision.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. Master’s degree in an engineering discipline, such as industrial, mechanical, chemical, or organizational engineering is preferred.
  2. Languages: English, French is a plus.
  3. Valuable: Extensive experience with Office applications and computer environments. Deep knowledge of industrial environments, with a special emphasis on automation.
