Drone Pilot

INTRO

WHAT WILL YOU DO
– Safely operate and maintain a fleet of drones;
– Plan, organize, and execute drone inspection projects for building facade and infrastructure facilities;
– Post-process drone photos/videos and prepare inspection reports;
– Work with R&D engineers to test the latest drone platforms & sensors and continuously improve inspection services.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT

_BIC QUALIFICATIONS_
– Diploma or above in engineering, aviation, or equivalent practical experience;
– 1-3 years of experience piloting UA/drones for commercial projects, esp. with a UA of total weight exceeding 7kg;
– Familiar with aviation rules;
– Safety-oriented attitude on and off-site.

_ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS_
– Knowledge in building facade, tunnel, bridge, oil & gas, and other critical infrastructure inspection;
– Knowledge in drone photogrammetry software like Pix4D and Agisoft;
– Knowledge of camera features and settings;
– Experience with DJI Matrice 300 and/or 600 is highly desirable;
– Experience with multiple autopilots (DJI and Pixhawk etc);
– Experience in DIY or customized drones.
