Notchup - AI Co-Pilot for Engineering Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead our outbound sales strategy and drive growth for
Notchup , a leading B2B SaaS platform. You will own and execute sales strategies, engage prospects, and generate opportunities to scale our client base globally, particularly focusing on medium to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute
outbound B2B sales strategies
to grow the
Notchup
platform.
Deeply understand
Notchup’s
value proposition and how it addresses customer needs better than competitors.
Target and engage
medium to large enterprises , identifying new prospects, channels, and data sources.
Create and optimize email sequences, calling scripts, and outbound campaigns (email, cold calling, LinkedIn).
Lead the full
sales lifecycle , from lead generation to booking demo meetings, closing deals, and driving platform sign-ups.
Upsell to paid plans by guiding leads to activate and engage with platform features.
Manage and track
monthly targets
for junior team members, with plans to grow the inside sales team in the medium term.
Collaborate with
marketing
and
growth teams
to assess and optimize inbound and outbound lead strategies.
Work with
Product
to provide feedback and suggest opportunities for improvement.
Review and optimize lead generation processes and tools, aiming to automate and scale efforts.
Occasionally attend
industry events
and conferences.
Ideal Candidate:
7+ years
of experience in
Business Development or Sales , ideally in
HRTech SaaS
for
tech companies
(US/Europe market).
Proven track record in
B2B lead generation
through
email ,
LinkedIn , and
cold calling .
Strong understanding of competitors and the
SaaS landscape .
Hands-on experience with
sales automation tools
(e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive) but able to generate sales independently.
Comfortable reporting on
KPIs
using conversion funnels.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced
start-up environment .
Excellent communication , persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to
detail ,
process , and
sales reporting .
Experience
selling to
US-based clients
is a plus.
Willingness to grow within the company and eventually manage the sales division.
