A day in the life of a Logistic Technician
– Goods receiving of incoming Goods(Raw materials/Packaging materials/Consumables) for Pilot plant.
– Plan, execute, and follow-up the operational Logistics tasks within the R&D by supporting the PMs, Pilot Plant AND all project teams to actively manage R&D logístical issues. (this mainly consist of raw material weighing,goods receiving, goods issuance, storage in and out – FIFO, etc..)
– Ensure efficient on time execution of logístical activities as per material requests from Project Managers using NesTMS and internal webforms, systems.
– Record all transaction accurately in NesTMS. (Goods issue/inventory counts/ scrapping materials etc..)
– Build expertise within logistics, gaining a full and in-depth understanding of RDSG Center’s business and project needs.
– Deputise team member’s role when required.
– Support other adhoc support request for Site related task assigned by Logistics Group Leader.

What will make you successful
– Minimum Secondary or ITE level of education/above.
– Minimum 2 years logistic/warehouse experience and broad experience of ingredients management systems.
– Able to handle minimum 25kg load with aid of lifting equipment.
– Able to operate stacker / forklift or other mechanical lifting devices
– Clerical experience in the Exporting field
