A leading innovator in chemical recycling is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator to support its Research & Development team in Loughborough. This role involves operating and maintaining a pyrolysis pilot plant, contributing to advancements in sustainable recycling technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain the pyrolysis pilot plant, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Plan and conduct experiments, delivering accurate results.
• Implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers on technology development.

What They Are Looking For:

• Qualification in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Experience with pilot-scale or industrial process equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a team environment.

What You’ll Get in Return:

• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum.
