Planview system Pilot

Are you committed to serving your colleagues well, known for your problem-solving abilities, and skilled at synthesizing and explaining information? Join the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) team as a System Pilot to play a key role combining IT expertise with business needs understanding.

Responsibilities

1. Manage Planview cloud system as super user
2. Coordinate team for Planview operational support, including vendor managed services
3. Provide 2nd-line support and ensure smooth project operations
4. Collaborate with Product Owner on stakeholder needs and prioritization
5. Maintain proactive, customer-oriented approach within/outside GPMO
6. Prioritize daily user requests and questions
7. Handle system functional issues, track and communicate with stakeholders
8. Advise on application usage and features
9. Assess user impact and make recommendations
10. Analyze problems and escalate to iA IT or external vendor when needed
11. Lead regression testing for monthly updates and new features
12. Monitor solution progress and validate results with colleagues
13. Develop target processes, impact analyses, and prototypes
14. Create internal user training materials
15. Handle simple to complex system management cases
16. Contribute to continuous process improvement

Required Profile

1. University degree in Administration, IT, or relevant field
2. 5+ years relevant experience, including 3+ years as system administrator
3. Excellent French and English skills (written/oral) for Canada-wide collaboration
4. Planview portfolio management system knowledge (major asset)
