Job Overview:

The Recruiter, Pilot Programs, is primarily responsible for the outbound business development and recruitment of “Future Pilot” candidates for BLA accelerated pilot programs. In this role you will be responsible for generating and qualifying future pilot leads, setting appointments for Training Advisors, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales development, lead generation, telemarketing, B2C selling, customer service, or other direct customer contact positions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit “Future Pilot” students via outbound phone calls and emails
  • Complete all daily assigned tasks in HubSpot.
  • Conduct initial intro calls to gain student prospect interest of BLA pilot programs
  • Answer inbound calls, field questions, and route accordingly.
  • Book Google Meetings between interested students and Training Advisors
  • Communicate effectively with team member, and prospects by phone, email, and text
  • Contact all company provided leads within 1 business day of receipt
  • Give tours of BLA Flight School and provide feedback to Training Advisor to follow up with Student Prospect
  • Other duties as assigned

Skill and Experience Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, telemarketing, B2C selling, customer service, or other direct customer contact positions
  • Experience using Google Chat, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Voice, and Gmail
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone skills and understanding and use of email and texting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate issues with manager(s) and the importance of documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Must be comfortable working with social media platforms, including LinkedIn
  • Prior experience with HubSpot highly desirable
