You will be working on NLB’s Rewards Pilot Development, Launch, Fine-tuning and Assessment as an Intern under Digital Experience.

(What you will be working on)

  • Market Research & Analysis – Conduct market research and analyze user data to inform program improvements.
  • Content Creation & Marketing – Create engaging marketing materials and content to promote the rewards program.
  • Program Design & Management – Learn to design program elements, track metrics, and assess engagement outcomes.
  • Project Coordination & Communication – Coordinate with teams, draft project updates, and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Operational Support & Process Improvement – Support daily operations and identify areas for process optimization.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Develop skills in analyzing feedback, resolving issues, and enhancing program efficiency.

(What we are looking for)

To be a successful candidate, you will need to:

  • Students from Computer Engineering, Digital Communications, Integrated Media, Electronics and Data Engineering, Computing Science, ICT Software Engineering related courses preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and basic research tools.
  • Strong writing and basic design skills for marketing content.
  • Organizational skills for tracking tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media and user engagement strategies.
  • Ability to identify issues and suggest data-driven solutions.
  • Basic familiarity with digital platforms and office tools.
  • Awareness of user needs and experience principles.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
