Qualification:

For Operator : ( ITI AOCP/B.Sc Chemistry /Diploma in Chemical Engg)

For Officers : (B.Tech/B.E Chemical Engg or B.Sc/M.Sc Chemsitry or Diploma in chemical Engg)

Years of experience : 2 to 7 in chemical Industry

Focus Area

For operators:

• Batch charging and Monitoring of the new product taken at Pilot plant in presence of R&D team and also helps production officer to take batches at commercial scale.
• Worked with plant officer and R&D team to get the desired yield and quality of the product, note down the critical observation
• Hands on handling of different equipment like Reactor, centrifugation, ANFD, distillation column, pressure filter, High pressure reactor.
• Exposure of handling hazardous chemicals like Bromine, chlorine gas, Hydrogen gas, Highly acidic material(POCL3,SOCl2 etc).
• Helps superior to successfully execute the batches at Pilot plant and handle multiple products at a time.

For Officers/Executive:

• Managed new product introduction for R&D including production trials, process optimization, and system design.
• Worked on cross functional teams with sales, marketing, quality, R&D, and production to solve customer problems.
• Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
• Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data.
• Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Attribute

• Smart in Communication Verbal & written skill
• Having knowledge on Scale up, Kilo Lab.
• Having experience in ASPEN etc.
