Uav Pilot

Roles and Responsibilities include:

– Operate and maintain UAV platforms,
– Perform flight tests and functional checks of UAV, as needed,
– Implementation of training materials, and partake in its development as necessary,
– Support UAV training and participate in research as and when required by the company, and
– Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

You should be:

– Able to work independently or together as a cohesive team,
– In love with the outdoors whilst not minding occasional desk times,
– Highly motivated personnel, a go getter, and
– A person of high integrity

Requirements:

– Unmanned Aircraft Pilots license (UAPL) holder
– Diploma/ ITE, preferably in Engineering fields, “O” levels are also welcome to apply
– Practical experience with UAV flight control systems (e.g., Pixhawk)
– Practical experience with Mission planner software (e.g., QGroundControl, Ardupilot)
– Prior experience with custom UAV builds will be an added advantage
– Driving License will be an added advantage
